NECPROTECH USER GUIDE
It's really easy to use
necprotech. Once it's adjusted to fit you, simply wear like a backpack and fasten in the front.
Using
necprotech for the first time
Please check your
necprotech for any signs of cracking, brittleness or damage. To ensure your necprotech works as it should, always make sure it’s adjusted to fit you properly before wearing it. And never wear it with any other device around your neck or back as this may negate or limit the support to the neck and restrict its usage or adjustability.
If you’ve had, or have, neck or back pain or injury, please talk with your doctor before using
necprotech.
When you put on your necprotech for the first time, you'll need to adjust it to fit your body.

1. Put the shoulder straps over your shoulders, then pull the waist straps as tight as you can around your body and clip to fasten.
2. Pull both shoulder-strap adjusters down as tight as you can until the necprotech is secured snugly onto your body. The best way to do this is to lean forward while pulling the straps.
3. Adjust the vertical back strap so that it fits the body comfortably – you may like to take it off to adjust it, or ask someone to do it for you.
4. Adjust the neck support by pulling it up (the strut will click into place). To release, simply squeeze the strut as shown. The neck support needs to sit at the base of your head so when you’re looking up, your
head relaxes into the support pad. Your head and neck should feel comfortable and relaxed when wearing
necprotech. If there’s any tension at all, you need to readjust the neck support until you feel comfortable.
Your
necprotech is now ready to use.
Replacing the neck support padding
We recommend replacing your
necprotech neck support padding once a week to maintain maximum support for your neck, especially if you're using your
necprotech every day. The padding is secured by Velcro. Simply pull off and attach a new pad. Pads can be
purchased from your local
necprotech stockist.
Maintaining and cleaning your
necprotech
When your
necprotech isn’t being used, keep it in a container so it’s out of direct sunlight and not in contact with any chemicals, liquids or sharp objects. To clean, wipe with a cloth moistened with a mild detergent, then air dry.
Your
necprotech is
suitable for its intended purpose while it’s free from defects, and
should function adequately for up to five years – the date of
manufacture is marked on your
necprotech. There are no serviceable parts so it can be dangerous to modify or remove any of the original component parts of your
necprotech. Don’t apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self-adhesive labels, except according to instructions from the manufacturer.

necprotech are known to adversely affect wearer hygiene or health, we’re required by European Health and Safety requirements to advise you that if
necprotech comes in contact with skin, it may cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals. If this happens, remove
necprotech and seek medical advice.
